Helpful Tips:
•Grasp the sides of the locket and twist to open or close it.
•If adding hair, you can wind the hair around the end of a pencil and gently pushed it into the locket. I've found this an easy way to add a few strands of hair, and it turns out nice.
• If adding memorial ashes just be sure not to overfill the locket, so it closes nicely. Memorial ashes do expand with moisture and the weather so it's important to leave room for this. If overfilled and the Cremains expand, the pressure could cause the glass to push out causing loss.
*It is very important to seal the cap with glue before wearing so you don't lose your precious keepsake. Simple daily wear can loosen the cap. I don't recommend super type glue as it dries too quickly and can ruin your jewelry.

"How It's Made: Each piece begins as a raw metal casting. I personally hand-grind to flatten and prepare the surface on the reverse side of the pendant base and locket attachment using a rotary tool in my studio before permanently fusing the locket backing. This hand-altered process transforms the pendant into a unique, functional, fillable keepsake."
